I enrolled in a 6-month program with Coach Anjali with the goal of better understanding nutrition and overcoming feelings of lethargy, while transitioning to a more active lifestyle. From the beginning, Anjali took the time to truly understand my goals and the approach I was comfortable with. She set realistic short-term and long-term milestones and tailored a nutrition and exercise plan that supported me every step of the way. Over the course of six months, I lost 22 lbs and experienced a significant boost in my energy levels. Some of the key highlights of working with her include: Professional and Supportive Mentoring: Anjali maintained a structured approach with regular weekly check-ins and often went the extra mile to answer my questions and provide timely guidance. Deep Knowledge of Nutrition: She has a remarkable ability to simplify nutrition concepts for everyday understanding. She helped me unlearn several misconceptions about “healthy” foods and introduced the importance of portion control and balance. Anjali has been an incredible health coach since I started working with her in January 2025. Her practical suggestions and simple methods for making small daily changes have helped me achieve my desired healthy weight loss quickly—through easy exercises and without any major changes to my diet. She creatively tweaks recipes, allowing me to prepare balanced protein meals using ingredients I already have at home, without needing to buy anything extra. Anjali is very flexible and always willing to adjust your health plan to fit your personal goals. Her knowledge and enthusiastic support make all the difference. Been with Anjali for close to 3 years. I can’t thank her enough for the transformation that she’s brought for me. Her guidance has defied my age - my body feels and looks good. Her coaching transcends the norms of body building, as she has helped me tremendously in identifying my gut health issues, triggers and how to manage them, my bloating is now a thing of the past. Mental peace evades me regularly with a job which requires being constantly switched on - so much so that I had forgotten how does it feel to be stress free. But, comes Anjali, and I know how to manage stress? Feels like a dream. She’s my guardian angel, looking after me, when I can’t for myself. I have benefited greatly with her coaching. Hi, I am Anushri and I started my fitness journey with Anjali about 8 weeks back. I am overweight and was struggling to loose weight after 2 pregnancies. I have a full time job and kids and managing the house, so I am always short on time. I have planter fasciatis problem as well, because of which walking was very painful and alongside I had an acitidity issues too. Before starting Anjali did a thorough understanding of all my issues and set up achievable long term and short term goals for me. She explained all the details about macronutrients and how they are important. She answered all my questions (about a million of them). She helped me find ways to change my lifestyle to tackle my problrams and goals in a healthy and sustainable way. She is very patient and invests her time in all her clients. How did it help me change my life - Well, isnt that the most important question to ask. It helped in multiple ways, 1. with her mobility training my plantar fasciitis impoved by 80% and I am able to clock 13000 steps without difficulty, 2.with her diet and nutrition plan, I have been able to control my acidity completely. 3. in short time, I have lost about 7 kgs and many inches off my waist. 4. I feel happier and stronger everyday. 5. I have been able to control my cravings and have a healthier relationship with food.
