Anjali is really good. she is patient, and answered all my queries timely. She is available on calls and messages as required and never misses the weakly status call. she tailored my diet plan as my routine food habits, i.e., vegetarian diet plan with yoghurt, paneer, dal and rice etc. I could see the results with the diet plan she had created for me, losing weight didn't seem difficult. My coach Anjali is amazing, she keeps me motivated. She always checks in time . Her workout and diet plan helped me in loosing weight and feel good.
She the best, period. Before joining and choosing FITTR I was very confused as I always had commit issues when it comes to fitness. But with Anjali, somehow the 3 month journey was very simple and painless (p.s. muscles soreness completely different story). I am a mom of 2, and after my second, I wanted to get back to my pre 1st pregnancy weight and waist size. Also, I am completely breastfeeding, but trust me when I say, I never knew the magic of eating and losing weight. So in 3 months I lost 8kg and back to my 4 year back waist size, but much fitter and stronger. All credit to Anjali.
