I specialize in fat loss, muscle gain, and general well-being.
Fitness to me is not only how we look but also how we feel and how we perform our day to day tasks.
Working out along with quantified nutrition is my passion and hence not a hobby but now a lifestyle.
I don’t believe in just writing diet and workout plan for my clients but also in educating them so that they could live a healthy lifestyle once the program is over.
