After COVID, I struggled with significant weight gain and tried every “quick fix” imaginable: extreme diets, starvation, and restrictive eating only to end up regaining the weight and feeling worse each time. My confidence dropped, and even simple things like walking became exhausting. Working with Amrita completely changed my approach. I was initially hesitant because her plans included bread and home cooked Indian meals instead of the usual “diet foods” I expected. But she took the time to explain everything, customized my plan around my lifestyle and travel, and was always available for guidance. I went from 95 kgs to 80 kgs a steady, sustainable transformation. There is a long way to go but more importantly, I learned that progress isn’t about drastic changes overnight. Even a loss of 0.5 kg or an inch matters. Today, I can comfortably run 3 miles, enjoy my workouts, and truly enjoy nutritious food. Amrita hasn’t just helped me lose weight she’s helped me rebuild my confidence and create habits I can maintain for life and made me believe that I can achieve my body goals.
I always believed I was eating well and taking good care of my diet, until I joined Fitter and started fitness regime with Amrita. She helped me understand that despite portion control, my metabolism wasn’t functioning optimally. Through her guidance, I learned the importance of increasing my protein intake, maintaining the right balance of fibre, and aligning my workouts more effectively. Amrita is an exceptionally patient and committed coach who motivates, guides, and gently corrects me whenever I start to deviate. Thanks to her, I now have a well-structured fitness routine and a renewed focus on my overall health and wellbeing

I thought loosing weight is tough but with proper diet and exercising few days a week can change your point of view completely. She customised everything based on my needs from food to exercises.
