Amrita is an amazing Coach ❤️. This is my second enrollment with her. She was my coach 4 years ago and I have enrolled with her again last year. She has made my weight loss journey so doable. Her approach towards weight loss ensures that it fits your lifestyle and time commitments. My entire perspective about food and diet was changed in the last few months. Amrita is always motivating and giving her inputs to keep oneself motivated. She helped me find a great balance between pushing myself and finding stability. Patience is the key! I simply trusted her. I lost 10kgs and loads of inches in last 6 months and still losing. I feel great. Thank you Amrita for always having my back. She just changed my lifestyle and my life. Amrita was our fitness coach for the last 3 months. Me and my husband enrolled for a couple plan with her. For someone like me who had never watched my diet or exercise, she came in and helped build a routine which was personalized to my requirements. She is very calm and motivated us all the way along. She is also very flexible with timing and any changes we wanted to make in our diet. We did not feel we are missing out on eating but just got into a habit of mindful eating and regular exercise which had great results. Very thankful to Amrita for being patient and always encouraging us to follow the plan to meet our goals.
