I can’t thank my postpartum fitness trainer, Amrita, enough for everything she has done for me over the past six months. After my baby, I struggled with confidence, stamina, and finding any routine that felt sustainable. She changed that completely. With Amrita’s guidance, I was able to lose 10 kgs in a healthy, steady way—without feeling overwhelmed or deprived. Her workouts were perfectly tailored to my postpartum body, always pushing me just the right amount while still being mindful of healing and recovery. What truly sets Amrita apart is her encouragement, patience, and genuine care. I feel stronger and lighter. I cannot recommend Amrita enough. She has transformed my journey.

I worked with Amrita for 3 months, and I am extremely happy with my experience. I followed the plans and lost about 9 pounds (4kg) but the results went far beyond the scale. She created realistic meal plans that were enjoyable and tailored to my lifestyle. She recommended healthier alternatives for my cravings or adjusted my macros so I never felt restricted. Moreover, she was always available to talk whenever I needed help. Her guidance in the gym helped me progressively overload and build a routine that I still follow today. I was squatting with 7kg dumbbells and now I can easily squat with 50kg barbells. I fell in love with working out. The progress has been both physical and mental as I feel stronger, healthier and much more confident now. I truly appreciate her support, knowledge and how invested she was in helping me succeed. Starting weight- 79 kgs Current weight- 69 Kgs Duration- 6 months Amrita is an incredible coach, very understanding, motivating and easy to talk to. She helped me with postpartum weight-loss (10 kgs lost) through sustainable vegetarian diet plans and easy to follow home workouts. She understands the busy lifestyle of a working mother and customizes the weekly plans accordingly. She is a good listener, flexible with food and exercise choices and very friendly. She has been prompt with her responses to all my questions anytime during the week. I thoroughly enjoyed this fitness journey with Amrita and I highly recommend her !!
