Training with Amarendra has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey. What really sets him apart is how personalized and thoughtful his approach is. He doesn’t just give you a generic workout plan he takes the time to understand your current fitness level, goals, and even your lifestyle. Every session feels purposeful, and you can tell there’s a clear progression built into the program. Amarendra is also incredibly knowledgeable. Whether it’s form correction, nutrition advice, or explaining why a certain exercise matters, he makes sure you understand what you’re doing. That makes a huge difference in staying consistent and avoiding injuries. But beyond the technical side, it’s his attitude that stands out the most. He knows exactly when to push you harder and when to adapt based on how you’re feeling. I’ve been training with Amar for the past year, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the right decisions I’ve made for my health. He’s dedicated and genuinely invested in my progress. I’ve been training with Amar for the past three months, and it’s been an excellent experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and pays great attention to the small but important details that really make a difference in training. Amar is also very flexible with timing, which makes scheduling so much easier. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor, making every session enjoyable. Highly recommend him as a PT!
