Mid training review- Pre natal care (2nd trimester of pregnancy currently). I have been working with Amit for almost 2 months now, and with the help of Amit I have been able to maintain a healthy and active pregnancy. Currently i am in the 4th month of pregnancy and Amit has not only helped me with my diet but also encouraged me to continue working out throughout my first trimester as well as the 2nd trimester now. Key call outs : 1. Consistent work out - strength training + cardio 5 times a week. Though i was working out pre pregnancy also, with Amit’s help i have been able to go back to lifting my pre pregnancy weights in my 4th month also. He has been very patient with my progress. There has been days, where i would not be able to to lift much as it would fatigue me a lot, but Amit made sure to listen to every little details and progress/ derailment of mine and tailor made my workout accordingly (keeping in mind how i was feeling that week). This has helped me to continue my workout at the gym, and because of that consistency, i am back to my pre pregnancy weights lifting. 2. Diet plan according to my pregnancy progress. The diet plan designed by Amit has kept everything that i have already been eating. I eat rice 2 times a day and also had momo in my dinners ( everything is measured and made). Amit has also made sure to change the plan as per my pregnancy cravings - example in my third month of pregnancy i was not able to tolerate the smell of fish, chicken or paneer at all (and this continued for almost 3 weeks). This had put my protien intake for the day completely off. Amit changed the diet plan and made sure, eating was not a struggle for me. 3. No weight gain till now. This has been highlighted by my doctor also - to not gain weight or rather unnecessary weight gain during pregnancy. With Amit’s guidance i have been able to maintain my pre pregnancy weights and my baby is progressing well. And I feel better on the days i work out.

Amit is a soft-spoken genius! I’ve been part of the fitness world for over 15 years, but enrolling with FITTR for the first time has been one of my best decisions ever. The depth of knowledge Amit shares, along with his guidance on both diet and workouts, is truly remarkable. Even amidst all the chaos, I achieved great results: Weight reduced from 96.5 kg to 91.5 kg BMI improved from 29.4 to 28.6 Body Fat Mass dropped from 64.8 to 61 None of this would have been possible without Amit’s constant motivation and guidance. Worked with Amit for last 2 months and it’s been a fun journey. He is supportive and patient while you learn and will push you a little further than what you think is possible. In addition he was also able to help me guide through exercises even while I was injured. I have lost 15 pounds in 2 months and I’m still learning. Thank you Amit!
