Excellent postpartum weight loss experience with my Coach. I lost 12 kgs , reduced 8 inches around my waist line & gained 1.5 kg muscle mass in last 4 months. His diet approach is sustainable to follow. Exercise plans are frequently updated. He motivates me to be my best even after bad days , his affirmative words makes me start each day with positive attitude. he believes that results come with little efforts consistently over a period of time.
