It’s been 8 weeks that I have been training under Amit sir. The insights and suggestions related to Nutrition and Exercise are so valuable that I have lost nearly 4% Body fat along with 3 Kgs of stubborn body weight. Minor tweaks and incorporation of small habits in nutrition helping me maintaining energy level throughout along with improving body composition. He has been an excellent mentor resolving all doubts and queries with ease.
