I've been training with Amit for the past three months with a focus on weight reduction. Throughout this time, we've worked extensively on strengthening and conditioning exercises. I’ve seen significant improvements in both my strength and endurance, which has been really encouraging. Amit is knowledgeable and has tailored the workouts to match my fitness level while also challenging me to push beyond my limits.
