10 days into my FITTR journey and already down 1.7 kg 💪 What I love most is how sustainable and practical everything feels ,no crash diets, no extremes, just a plan that actually fits into real life. It’s made me more aware of my habits and way more consistent with my routine. Huge shoutout to my coach for being incredibly supportive, responsive, and always on point with guidance. Having that kind of accountability honestly makes all the difference. Still early in the journey, but this has been such a strong start,excited to keep pushing and see where this goes 🚀
** TC week 3 Update [2/8/26] Since the beginning of February, I’ve been doing a 4-month transformation challenge with Amit, and his involvement has been next-level. He’s incredibly hands-on—more than a coach, he’s a mentor and a real thought partner who helps customize the plan to my current reality (schedule, energy, constraints, and goals). His “words of wisdom” land at exactly the right time, and the group he’s created with like-minded trainees adds a strong community layer that keeps me consistent. We’re only in week two, and I can already feel the shift in my habits and mindset. I’m genuinely excited for the next 14 weeks—and grateful to have Amit as my accountability partner in the truest sense. ** Fittr - 3-month engagement review [Nov’25-Jan’26] ** Working with Amit has been an excellent experience. I have been training with Amit from more than a month. It’s been amazing experience. He is very calm , patient, keep you engaged so that you don’t even feel how much hard work has been done in a session without even feeling tired.
I’ve been training with Mr. Amit Kumar for about half a month now, and my experience has been absolutely amazing! He’s an excellent trainer — very knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. The workout plan he created suits my body perfectly; it challenges me just the right amount without leaving me overly tired. He also planned a personalized diet that’s both practical and effective. In less than 15 days, I’ve already lost some fat and gained around 1 kg of muscle, which feels incredible! I can see my body improving day by day, and I genuinely enjoy every session. Overall, my experience has been fantastic. I’m really happy with my progress so far and grateful to have such a dedicated trainer.😆💪❤️
