I’ve been training with Mr. Amit Kumar for about half a month now, and my experience has been absolutely amazing! He’s an excellent trainer — very knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. The workout plan he created suits my body perfectly; it challenges me just the right amount without leaving me overly tired. He also planned a personalized diet that’s both practical and effective. In less than 15 days, I’ve already lost some fat and gained around 1 kg of muscle, which feels incredible! I can see my body improving day by day, and I genuinely enjoy every session. Overall, my experience has been fantastic. I’m really happy with my progress so far and grateful to have such a dedicated trainer.😆💪❤️

I am currently living in US with a very sedentary job. I have problems of being overweight, lower back pain and inflexible body. I started working with Amit in Jan 2025 and I have already started seeing results. My weight is down 6 pounds, I have better posture, back pain is gone and I have more strength and better posture. Amit has been very professional and accommodative with his schedule. He also understands how much a body can take so that no injuries occur. I am looking forward to working with him and achieving my goals.
It was a great experience with fitness trainer and nutritionist Amit Saha. It's just been 2 weeks but I can see so much of change in my body physically and mentally. I have lost 3 kgs in just 2 weeks and I'm more energetic, love the workouts and look forward to my sessions everyday. I had a spinal surgery 2 years ago with 2 titanium rods in my back, keeping that in mind he designs workout for me which is comfortable for my health. He communicates and explains everything well, and is always very motivating. I am looking forward to see my transformation in the coming months.
