10/10 for Amit as a coach & as a person. he's knowledgeable & dedicated and makes an effort to connect with the client. I've gained a lot of knowledge as Amit makes an effort to explain each & everything in detail. he has helped me immensely in improving my form in all exercises bcz of which I have seem a lot of strength gain too. from not being able to lift 3kgs properly in shoulder press to lifting 12.5 now with the right form. from working out only 2 days to being consistent & not missing even a day. thank you, Amit, for making me fall in love with the gym 🏋️♀️ and this journey. 💪 Also, I would like to add that Amit understands his client's & their potential & trains them accordingly. he is very observant & keeps checking for the smallest details in movements. his way of teaching new skills is also very effortless, he slowly builds progession for the clients depending on their strength & level.
