Amee is a wonderful coach. She is very knowledgeable and offers thoughtful, personalized guidance. Each time we connected, she took the time to understand my situation and tailored her advice accordingly. Her customized diet and exercise plan made my transformation journey effective—I lost 5 kg (11 pounds) in eight months! This was especially meaningful to me, as I had been struggling with weight loss due to hypothyroidism and perimenopause. Amee is a great example for mentor who knows the perfect way to get the best out of the mentee. I was struggling to reduce weight from last 3/4 yrs and finally could nailed it down with Amee.. i lost 6 kgs and inches too .. my pear shaped body is finally getting to toned down, i am loosing fat and have no health issues now. Amee not only motivates you but helps you to get better in your life too.. thanks for your support and encouragement in this journey

This was not my first time working with a coach for nutrition support to achieve my weight goal but this was the first time I was able to successfully do it. Amee was a huge support by ensuring I was eating balanced and she was always ready to tweak my diet so that I dont get bored. This time I have made it a lifestyle change and it is all thanks to her.
