We (my partner and I) came to Amee because we were unhappy with our previous coach. Our fitness walkthrough with her was short. However, during this time, she motivated and coached us to learn mindful eating habits and good workout plans (home-based and gym-based). We lost some weight, which we were initially concerned about, but also gained muscle. This journey with her ends, but her coaching and advice for lifelong fitness and conscious eating remain with us. We may consider another round of coaching in the future, based on our fitness goals. Highly recommend Amee for anyone serious about their health.

Me and my husband had amazing experience with Amee. we had tried some other diet plans earlier with no result plus lots of extra work..But the diet plan planned by Amee was very sustainable.. Being a working woman can't spend more time in the kitchen. The result was evident from the first week. Energy level got better, no hunger pans or craving..We never felt we were starving or deprived. She is good listener and motivator..We both will highly recommend her . Thank you so much

Ameen is a good coach.Her diet plans are great.i was eating more than before and yet losing weight.one gets a variety in the diet and the diet is sustainable..She always answered my queries and encouraged me with positiveness.Learnt about quantified diet from her and shall continue following it.Thank you Amee

I have been on my journey with Amee since May 2024. She is a great coach and has guided me throughout. I gained weight after my hand surgery, and Amee helped me reduce 15 lbs in 9 months. Whenever I have questions Or doubts, I ping her, and she replies right away. She listens to my need. Due to my hand surgery, I cannot lift heavy weights, so I started lifting weight from 2 lbs, and now I have reached 10 lbs. She is very encouraging and helpful. I definitely recommend her to anyone. I had full house last year, so sometimes it was hard for me to follow her diet, but it still helped me to reduce my weight. I also feel stronger and confident physically as well as mentally. I was always drowsy, but after her training, my energy level has increased a lot.!I feel happy and less anxious. This is just the starting point of my fitness journey. Thanks Amee, for your constant motivation and support.
