I was 43 when I finally decided things need to change. Because I was dealing with over weight, severe back pain, leg pain, anxiety, high stress, fatigue and lots of other things on a daily basis and living was a nightmare like this. I joined fittr and chose coach Amandeep as my mentor for my fitness journey. It was the best decision of my life. She is such a wonderful coach with a big beautiful heart. I never believed that I can do all these things, it's Aman ma'am who always said yes you can. She was always just a message away. Any doubt any questions or anytime I thought I will give up. She is so knowledgeable, patience and supporting it seems unreal sometimes. In 8 months I have lost more than 8 kgs ( which I never thought was possible), huge inch loss, I became more active, deciplined and energetic. But more than all of these I learnt from her if you put your heart and soul into something it's possible even lifting weights ( I was never into fitness trust me). The path was not easy for me due to different kinds of pain and stress issue but with Aman mam's support and guidence I continued and will continue my journey. I have a long way to go, my journey has just began. But I'm more than happy I decided to start and I chose her as my coach. Thank you is not enough ma'am but still I just want you to know I'm so greatful for all your support and guidence. Thank you so much 🙏Love you ma'am ❤️. Anyone who wants to start their fitness journey but feels like it's not doable just talk to Aman ma'am. Your thoughts and life will change forever for good..... 100%.

My Sustainable Fitness Journey with Mentor Amandeep. After scrolling many Coaches my decision to go with coach Amandeep was one of the best decisions I made. I have achieved an incredible milestone: losing ! 9 kg This is just the start. There is a long way to go. What truly transformed my journey was adopting a new lifestyle -one that is sustainable, healthy, and never felt restrictive. Coach Amandeep's approach focused on strength training, along with diet which not only helped me lose weight but also pushed my limits in a sustainable and empowering way Her guidance has also taught me to be more mindful in social gatherings I've learned how to make conscious choices about everything I consume. During festive occasions, Coaches Amandeep strategies enabled me to enjoy celebrations while staying aligned with my goals, striking the perfect balance. Before Fittr I was never into workouts and i always had complete stiffness in my body with regular backache but because of constant support and push from my mentor Amandeep slowly and steadily I started working out and now it has become a habit and my body is showing positive results to me because of which I am getting better day by day. All thanks to you my mentor 🙏 The best part about her is her patience with which she listens to your problems and gives out the solution so easily that nothing seems difficult then. This experience has been more than a fitness journey-it's a lifestyle change that I confidently can maintain years to come. In November, I joined Fittr with the primary objective of enhancing my physical and mental well-being to ensure I can spend quality time with my children without feeling exhausted and unavailable. This led me to discover coach Amandeep’s profile. After our initial introduction call, I made the decision to join her, which proved to be an excellent choice. Amandeep tailored a diet plan based on my existing eating habits, eliminating the need for me to research ingredients or create recipes. I did not have to step outside my comfort zone by incorporating salads into my diet. Thank God! One of the most significant benefits of working with Amandeep is that she ensures you have sufficient food throughout the day, preventing hunger or hangriness still making sure to loose fat. Over time, she not only guided me towards healthy eating habits but also trained me to adopt them as lifestyle changes. During my vacations, coach Amandeep adjusted my diet to accommodate my travel plans, ensuring that I could maintain my healthy eating regimen regardless of my location. I have never been disciplined about working out, although I still encounter challenges, Amandeep’s patience and motivation have helped me stay on track. Her coaching extends beyond dietary advice, encompassing holistic approaches such as adequate sleep, proper breathing techniques, heart rate monitoring, stress reduction, and meditation. Maintaining physical well-being is fundamental to achieving mental contentment. Over the past few months, I have personally witnessed the positive impact of adopting a balanced diet and regular exercise regimen. While I recognize that my journey is ongoing, I am committed to continuing this pursuit to benefit my physical and mental health.
