Amandeep has been such a wonderful mentor. From the start, she got it — the baby, the broken sleep, the diastasis recti, nursing, barely any time that was mine. She understood what I was actually dealing with, not just what the plan said on paper. So the plan was built around my real life, not some template. Travel week, bad sleep, a wedding to go to — she’d always have a practical way around it. Never just “push through.” I was able to manage eating out , trying new recipes with her help and so much travel with her super helpful tips ! The biggest thing she taught me was to track properly — food, steps, sleep, weight. Sounds basic, but it’s honestly half the game. It gave me real awareness of my own patterns, finally. She also notices effort, not just results. That kept me going on the hard weeks. Looking back and connecting the dots, there’s of course a science behind it that Amandeep is so well researched on — but the way she guides you through it, so that your body adapts and your life absorbs the change, that’s what makes it sustainable. That’s where you see the real difference. Down over 8 kg since February, and strength training has actually stuck this time. If you want a coach who builds the plan around your life instead of asking you to bend to it — Amandeep is that coach.
I would like to thank Amandeep for teaching me how to eat well, how to take care of myself, how to think about what is right for me, and what exercises are best suited for my body. It has been more than a month since I’ve had any cravings for pizza. I used to eat it every week, but now I simply don’t feel like it anymore. That is a huge achievement for me. I also no longer eat the biscuits I used to have every evening. Even when someone offers them to me, I can politely refuse. I have learned to control those impulses. I check nutrition labels before buying anything, something I never used to do. Most importantly, I feel so much better. My relationships are better, and I have a greater sense of control over my life. My daughter is also learning healthier eating habits. She still enjoys the foods she likes, but I always make sure to offer her a nutritious option first. I recently completed 12 weeks nutrition program with Amandeep. It has been an amazing journey so far and I would really like to thank her for her constant support and guidance throughout. On 1st January, I began my fitness journey with Coach Amandeep through Fittr. Like many people, I had struggled with my weight and health for years and knew I needed the right guidance, accountability, and support to create lasting change. Over the next five months, from January to May, I lost more than 15 kilograms. More importantly, my HbA1c improved from 10.9 to 7.9, which was a major milestone in my journey towards better health. What impressed me most about Coach Amandeep was her practical and sustainable approach. There were no fad diets, no extreme restrictions, and no complicated meal plans. Instead, she focused on building healthy habits that could be maintained for the long term. The diet recommendations were simple, easy to follow, and based on foods that could be prepared at home. I have learned that sustainable fitness is not about perfection; it is about consistency. While I am proud of what I have achieved so far, the journey is far from complete. I still have approximately 45 kilograms more to lose, but today I have confidence in the process
