Amal has been a great trainer and a friendly coach, he was consistently motivating to do better and supported with advises throughout the sessions.
Amal is a great coach who works with you based on your personal profile and schedule. He follows up on every single movement in the exercises and watches closely the form and posture of the student. He follows with the physical condition based on the previous day and modify the exercise accordingly to get the maximum impact. He also gives exercise exercises based on the equipment available at home, which is very helpful.
Really grateful to Amal for his constant support and motivation. His workouts are tailored, clear, and effective, making fitness feel sustainable and achievable.
