He has played a huge role in helping me manage my PCOS issues in a sustainable way, i have seen a noticeable improvement in my strength, i can lift more now also i feel energetic throughout the day. I’ve been training with my FITTR coach, Alok Singh, for the past two months, and the experience has been truly transformative.
