I have been training with Akshay for past 4 months. I had been going to live personal training sessions since 2014. So I was skeptical with online coaching but Akshay proved me wrong. He has extensive knowledge in both fitness and diet management. His discipline with diet and fitness is very motivating and contagious (for lack of better words). Getting myself trained under Akshay was the best decision i have taken! I had put on a little weight and had belly fat. i wanted to become stronger, and lose the extra weight/fat. Once he made a nutrition and exercise plan for me, i got the best results sticking to it! I could see the difference every week. In the 3 months, i ended up losing 4 kgs and around 2-3 off my waist. Akshay is the best !! He is super humble and easy to talk to which made the process 10x easier. Getting trained under him has brought a lot of discipline into my life with regards to fitness and nutrition which i am following almost daily even after completion of the 12 week program.
