Honestly at first I was reluctant to join FITTR because I felt that losing weight would be achievable on my own. However the biggest thing that I have learnt is that the journey to weight loss is better done as a team effort and Akash had been a pivotal part of that. He keeps me accountable and has been very supportive and accommodating. He has introduced new concepts in fitness and I can honestly say the results I have seen so far (still early in my journey) are very promising. He is able to adapt to your individual needs and I would strongly recommend him as a coach.
Akash is a fantastic coach who combines expertise with empathy and encouragement. I started my FITTR journey a few weeks back. He has been an absolute game-changer in my fitness journey. His scientific approach to both nutrition and training is incredibly effective and easy to follow. He simplifies complex concepts and communicates them clearly, making it easy to stay consistent. What truly sets him apart is his supportive nature—he’s always approachable and responsive, which creates a strong sense of accountability. Akash is also a motivator who genuinely celebrates your wins and helps you push past setbacks. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve lost weight in a sustainable, healthy way, with more to go.
I have started this health and lifestyle journey with Akash since the beginning of this year. And what a wonderful journey it has been. He has educated me about how simple changes in the way we cook, sleep, drink water can have such a great impact on our body and mind. He has introduced another type of discipline in my life and thanks to his guidance I feel stronger, more active and I am able to introduce healthy lifestyle to my whole family. I cannot thank him enough for being so impactful. Every week, he checks in and is very patient to talk me through what needs to be done and most importantly why it needs to done. He’s extremely thorough and very dedicated. Coming to my body transformation! After my 3rd child never thought I would be able to fit into clothes that I could only wonder about! I cannot recommend him enough especially if you’re looking at a lifestyle change and body transformation .
