I have been working with Akash sir for more than an year ... he is simply the best mentor ... always available and ready to listen and motivate ... I have noticed ... that ... sir really enjoys his work and has the will to help others in any way he could ... sir has always designed by plans aligning with my goals which I know has taken lot of effort , research and hard work ... whatever I request sir , he presents me with that kind of plan ... there have been times where sir has multiple times updated my plans as per my need and life situation... I am really grateful that I got a coach like him ... Currently working on shedding weight with Akash. He is extremely kind and understanding of your time/energy limitations and plans your workouts/diet accordingly. I always had an unhealthy relationship with food and losing weight was usually extreme starvation and cardio. Akash showed me how I can lose weight in a more sustainable way using strength training, healthy activity levels and more importantly a healthy nutritious diet. Been working with him for 5months now. Down 8kg and more to go. This is the longest i have been able to stay on track a “weight loss” program. Excited for more progress! Thank you Akash!
Akash is a person who can be a mentor for a person of any age. He is very understanding and patient with smart strategies to change his mentees lifestyle in a healthy way. By following his suggestions, I could see me turning into a better person mentally and physically as well. I could see positive changes in my mindset and made me believe that I can eat well and still lose inches and get to desired weight. He provided customized workouts according to my body type which helped me relieve tensed muscles and become stronger.
