I got in touch with Akash in April 2025 after seeing his amazing work and reviews. My initial call to discuss my lifestyle and goals made me sure of him as my coach. It has 4 months since I joined and I can say from my experience that Akash really works hard to motivate to get someone to reach their goals. He is very professional and makes sure to connect every week and go through all the updates we made. He is open to hearing you out and suggest you solutions accordingly. I am seeing a big change in my body and will continue to work on it under his guidance. Highly recommended anyone who is looking for a coach who is flexible, understanding and hears you out.
I’ve just completed 12 weeks on FITTR with Coach Akash, and I’m down 8 pounds! What’s even more incredible is that this is the longest I’ve consistently followed any diet or workout plan — and that’s entirely thanks to Akash’s approach. He is incredibly patient and encouraging, and what stands out most is how he tailors everything specifically to you. Every plan is personalized, and he checks in weekly without fail — not just to track progress, but to answer questions, keep you motivated, and make sure you’re on the right path. His constant reminder that “this is a journey, not a fad” really helped shift my mindset. That weekly accountability and his supportive attitude made it easier to stay consistent, even on tough days. Highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking to make real, sustainable progress!
When I joined Fittr, my goal was simple — to get into shape. But along the way, this journey turned into something much more meaningful. Now, I’m not chasing motivation anymore, I’m enjoying the process itself. My coach helped me a lot in this transformation — not just with workouts and nutrition, but with powerful insights into how the body and mind work together. One of the most helpful things was his simple trick for managing electrolyte balance, which really helped me deal with time zone shifts during my travels. He’s extremely flexible with both training and nutrition, and always takes the time to explain why we are doing something. That made a huge difference for me as a complete beginner — I had never done any workouts before this. Now, I genuinely enjoy training and feel more active and happy in my daily life.
Honestly at first I was reluctant to join FITTR because I felt that losing weight would be achievable on my own. However the biggest thing that I have learnt is that the journey to weight loss is better done as a team effort and Akash had been a pivotal part of that. He keeps me accountable and has been very supportive and accommodating. He has introduced new concepts in fitness and I can honestly say the results I have seen so far (still early in my journey) are very promising. He is able to adapt to your individual needs and I would strongly recommend him as a coach.
