I highly recommend coach Akash for his excellent coaching over the past three months. He is meticulous in his approach and genuinely invested in client success. At the start of the program, he spent several hours explaining key concepts such as RHR, BMR, BMI and how to calculate caloric needs. His coaching is grounded in science, with detailed guidance on effective training strategies, including concepts like reps in reserve, as well as the importance of sleep, recovery, meal tracking and calorie management. He is also very hands-on, offering practical food alternatives and product recommendations to keep meals varied and sustainable. I have truly benefited from being part of the program by losing weight, inch loss and building strength.
I started my weight-loss journey 10 weeks ago with Coach Akash. My starting weight was 85.5 kg, and with his guidance, I’ve reached 76.5 kg. He is easy to talk to and very understanding, and I couldn’t have begun this journey without his motivation. I had a meniscus tear, which made it difficult for me to stand for long durations. Coach Akash designed a special workout keeping my injury in mind, and it has improved as well. The diet plan he provided is also excellent. I highly recommend Coach Akash to anyone looking to start their weight-loss journey.
Tiny steps helps you come a long way... But if you have someone who can guide you your journey just becomes better .. Akash has been that guide... I have tried other coaches on fittr too but Akash is different... From the very first call to almost 6 months now he has been my steady anchor .... His best part is he listens , he understands, we debate, he validates and gives a logical clear understanding for my slightest doubt. He has made me so comfortable that I reach out to him for any clarification. The result is I'm motivated to do better... With the right understanding and accepting my self, now it's not about a certain nos on the scale it's about better health....it's about making the right choices, it's about tracking and logging everyday which ultimately reflects in my well-being and better state of mind and body.
