Akanksha ma'am is a very good and supportive person. I have not even completed 2 months with her but there has been so much difference in my health. My diabetes is under control and my thyroid is under control. She always listens to everything carefully and after listening she explains everything very well. With the diet given by her it does not seem that I am on a diet and my weight has also reduced and my inches have also reduced. It feels very good to talk to Akanksha ma'am. She understands every problem and is very supportive. My medicines have also reduced. Ma'am always asks about my weekly progress. She always explains me to do exercises and I do it so well. I have started exercising. On my mam advice, my back pain has gone away. My knee pain has gone away. Mam always supports me a lot. If I ever feel like eating something, she adjusts it in my diet. Akanksha, mam is a very nice person. She is more of a friend than a coach. Thank you so much mam ......

Akanksha has been very supportive and patient till now through my ups and downs. She is very approachable and warm, her plan is effective but not very aggressive and accomodates normal daily recipes. I highly recommend her to anyone who is ready to make the changes in health without getting overwhelmed, for she is very empathetic and will not stress you out. I am highly satisfied by my coach Akanksha. Thanks to her for being such a motivating and supportive coach. Her guidance and constant encouragement has truly helped me in stating consistency and push beyond limits. From having less stamina and being afraid of gyms, I have been punctual about my workout. Her diets and one on one calls help me to stay motivated and build a positive mindset.

Working with my fitness instructor Akanksha over the last two months has completely changed my approach towards fitness. I used to be highly inconsistent with the gym, but now I’ve become one of the most consistent gym-goers. The progress is clearly visible-my weight has reduced and I can feel positive changes on many fronts. Her weekly calls help me stay accountable and set clear goals for the upcoming week, which keeps me motivated throughout. What truly stands out is her commendable knowledge and the way she customizes the diet plan according to my requirements-that has been a complete game changer for me.
