After gaining a lot of weight due to medication I had been on, I began my fitness journey in the last week of Dec 23. My trainer was Akanksha Sharma. After a short introduction call, she created a diet and exercise plan for me. The experience has been amazing. There were a number of swings in the weight, sometimes going up and sometimes getting stuck on a plateau for a few weeks at a time without any reduction. Weekly calls with my trainer were super helpful to keep me on track during this time. She was very accommodating with the diet chart, but also very strict about sticking to the diet and workout plans. I was given a number of food options to choose from and a replacement chart for several foods. I put in an hour of exercise for at least 5 days a week and 10000 steps almost everyday. In a span of 14 weeks my weight dropped from 93.1 kilos to 85.2 kilos. What I am most happy about are: my glucose levels coming back to normal and sleep apnea getting cured. Akanksha is a supportive and inspiring coach. She is my second coach from Fittr, and I am confident that I won't switch to another coach in the future. I started at 84 kgs, and in just 12 weeks, I reached 75 kgs. Beyond the weight loss, I've gained confidence and a valuable understanding of nutrition, thanks to her guidance. I highly recommend Akanksha for anyone looking to make a positive change in their fitness journey.

I started my postpartum weight loss journey under Akanksha last year. With her sustainable nutrition plans and workouts, I was able to reduce 7 kgs in 12 weeks and also lost a lot of postpartum belly fat inches. Akanksha is very friendly and easy to work with, has a listening ear to our problems, but also gives valuable suggestions to incorporate so as the progress keeps continuing and doesn't halt. I am now signed up for 6 months plan and working on getting back to my pre pregnancy body form. And along with Akanksha's constant support, I am confident I will achieve it this year. Thank you Akanksha, and fittr as always 🤛

Akanksha is such a great coach. She keeps a tab on you every week to make sure that you are on the track and sending her timely updates. Her plans are very easy to follow. Especially Ramadan diet plans were amazing. I didn’t feel weak or exhausted by the end of day during fasting and maintaining my weight . She’s a great source of motivation. She listens to you patiently and gives proper advises and encourages you. She is my most favourite coach. She’s a great guide and highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for fat loss. She’s just “Awesome” . She’s the best and I am very happy to be trained under a female coach as she understands what you go through in your day to day life like Pms etc ! 10 stars to her :)
