It’s been an amazing journey training with Akanksha. She is very dedicated to her work and passionate about fitness. She brings the same energy into coaching. She pushes you to find strength and keeps you motivated when you fall off track. The diet and exercise plans are simple and yet effective to follow and she alters it based on your comfort level and also your busy schedule.
