I have been training with Ajita for past 3 months. I have better strength and better stamina since then. My planks have improved, neck pain is gone and I am lifting more. She challenges me with new workouts and it has improved my fitness level. As she is a physiotherapist herself, discussing the techniques and intricacies of the exercises is very easy. She has adjusted many exercises according to my needs. I will recommend her to anyone who is struggling with strength training. I’ve been training with Ajita for the past 4 months, and the experience has been truly transformative. Four months of training with Ajitha, completely changed my relationship with fitness. The first two months were difficult for me, random pains made me doubt myself and I almost gave up. It would have been so easy to quit. But you didn’t let me. You reminded me why I started, reassured me. You helped me move past fear and build confidence, rep by rep and celebrating every small win along the way. Somewhere along the way, strength replaced fear, and I actually started enjoying exercise. Despite my hectic schedule, this became the one commitment I never gave up on. These four months were about more than just strength training, they were about building mental strength, discipline, and self-belief.
