Ajay's guidance over the last 12 weeks has been enlightening. I could drop significant weight and body fat by following Ajay's nutrition and workout guidance. He made me believe that limited protein intake can also make one lose weight while maintaining muscle. I did have my share of ups and downs but the nutrition guidance I received from Ajay made sure I could catch up on my fat loss journey in subsequent weeks. I have renewed my membership with him. Ajay has been a good coach and collects feedback every week to get a new diet plan. His diet recommendations are easy to follow and simple. Workouts were given according to my gym specs and was helpful.
I enrolled with Ajay for a 12 week program. My major concern was my weight, previously I have managed to lose weight but it always came back sooner or later. With Ajay’s guidance I could lose approximately 4.5 kgs without actually starving myself. The diet plan is made in such a way that each meal is balanced and quite satisfactory in terms of portion. I have renewed for another 12 week program and look forward for this journey. Thanks a lot Ajay for helping me reach a step closer to my fitness goal 🙇♀️
