I had a great experience with coach Ajay. He is very approachable and his diet and workout plans are customized and effective. All other coaches and gyms I tried were very pushy and demanded fast results and that always felt very overwhelming to me. Ajay listened to my goals and tailored a plan for me in which I consistently lost 5lbs over 6 months, which was just the type of comfortable, sustainable plan I was looking for. The best aspect of his coaching style is he gave space for me to figure out my own patterns and kept an open door to approach him with any challenges. Coach Ajay helped me go from 78kg to 70kg in 3months while preserving my muscle mass and losing all the fat. I had lost a lot of weight myself before I started working with him but still had a lot of fat. One of the biggest differences in your approach was explaining the science behind the body in a way I could understand. You taught me how lack of sleep raises cortisol, which affects insulin and makes weight loss harder. You also explained how proper hydration helps reduce water retention, supports digestion, and keeps the body functioning smoothly. We often overlook sleep and water when trying to lose weight, but understanding why these things matter helped me stay consistent and follow the plan with confidence. Your guidance was practical, balanced, and easy to follow, with no starvation. At 73 years old, I feel healthier, stronger, and more confident than I have in years.
