Great journey. Ajay sir has been very supportive and guided me through my weight loss. i joined him when I was 115kgs and m sitting today at 105kgs. keeping track of the discipline and keeping me motivated was something he always took care of. He is great at his job and highly recommended for a weight loss journey.
l have been on this journey with Ajay since Dec last year. I told Ajay that my Focus was to improve my overall health, my thyroid levels, my low iron and my weight to be in normal range. He developed my diet and exercise routine and kept checking if I am comfortable and also encouraged me to be consistent. I always thought that losing weight meant starving and skipping certain foods completely. I did not starve, I did not force my body. My body responded and we followed with it. I have a whole list of allergies and cannot consume so many veggies, eggs etc. Despite the challenges, I still lost 10+ kgs in 3 months. My thyroid, ferratin levels are in range. I have not seen them in range for years. I am still in the program with Ajay. I have understood that this is a lifestyle shift but doable. I have eaten everything I like in moderation. Ajay keeps encouraging me to be on track, reminds me that we are only human and we need not avoid the things love and still lose weight and stay healthy. I am so thankful to Ajay for all the encouragement and pushing me to keep trying. I am a busy working mom, if I can do it, anyone can. Thanks Ajay for bringing back my lost confidence 🙂
I had a great experience training with Ajay. I joined at 86.2 kg, and with his proper guidance and constant motivation, I was able to reach 80.7 kg in just 12 weeks. Despite many ups and downs and even frequent travel plans, he coordinated everything very well and guided me perfectly throughout the journey. His support, discipline, and encouragement really made a difference. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely love to continue training with him in the future.
