I’ve really noticed a difference—not just physically, but in my energy, motivation, and overall mindset about food and body. You’ve made the whole fitness journey way more enjoyable and sustainable. I have been training with Ajay for the last 3 months, and the experience has been excellent. He is extremely polite yet tough in the right way, always asking thoughtful questions and making sure I stay consistent. His follow-ups are regular and motivating, and he’s always available to clarify doubts or provide guidance. Ajay created a well-balanced diet plan for me, and he took the time to explain the basics of the body, nutrition, and the concept of calorie deficit in a very simple way. He also understood my daily routine and designed exercises that fit well into my lifestyle. Thanks to his guidance and support, I have lost 10 kgs in 3 months, built better stamina, and feel much fitter and more energetic. I truly appreciate his positive attitude, knowledge, and commitment. I am happy with my progress so far and excited to continue my fitness journey with him. Highly recommend him to anyone serious about their health and fitness!

Been working with Ajay for the past two months and I’ve lose about 4.5kgs so far. I also came to him with a lot of health issues with the biggest challenge being insulin resistance and surgeries and diastasis recti that prevented me from doing a lot of workouts. He sets the plan in a way that suits your lifestyle and as a mom it was hard for me initially to stay consistent with my exercises and figuring out how to eat healthy. but he’s very motivating without being pushy which was important to me. So having a coach that reminds you of your fitness goals and holds you accountable helps when you start from scratch. Looking forward to getting more fit and healthy !

I was a bit skeptical about having a coach at first, but one of my friends introduced me to Ajay — and oh boy, what a game-changer he turned out to be! Before working with him, I was blindly following some pretty ridiculous diets just to lose weight. While I did shed a few kilos, I constantly felt weak, tired, and drained. That’s when Ajay stepped in and completely shifted my approach. Instead of just focusing on weight loss, he emphasized improving my metabolism and overall well-being. It’s easy to lose those initial pounds, but the real challenge begins when your progress hits a plateau — and that’s exactly where Ajay made all the difference. He helped me drop from 74 kg to 65.8 kg, but more importantly, I now feel leaner, stronger, and more energized than ever. The added focus and energy have even translated into better performance at work. There’s still a long journey ahead, but I truly believe the foundation has been laid — all thanks to Ajay!
