I’ve been trained with Aftab from past 2 months and his approach and plan was easy to follow and challenging at same time. He also guides me on the moments and also educates me on why we are doing it that way. I highly recommend Aftab.
Aftab was great. He was meticulous in his approach to my training, providing a plan that was easy to follow yet challenging enough to see improvements in my overall physique, health and strength. I couldn't recommend Aftab enough to anyone looking for a no-nonsense plan to be their better self.
Aftab was professional and helped me in the last 4 months to correct my exercises. He explains the motion, the importance of each exercise and the primary and secondary muscles they activate. I learnt about activating the core while strength training and that progressive overload doesn't necessarily mean adding more weights but increasing rep count and reducing rest times in between. I am happy with the service and I will recommend Aftab to my friends
