Imagine two versions of yourself, five years into the future. What would your life be like if you continued to repeat your bad habits each day? What would life look like in five years if you stuck with good habits each day?
I believe that having a body you desire is easy. All we have to do is identify and create the right habits, routines and rituals; that will make us awesome.
I have personally gone through this journey. Eight years ago, I was unhealthy, overweight, stressed and sleep-deprived. Till it caught up with me, and I found myself collapsing on the floor in a puddle of sweat, unable to move. I realised my life needed to change.
I have informally studied various perspectives on health, nutrition, fitness, exercise, anatomy, nervous system, habits, motivation, lifestyles, and sleep in this pursuit.
Having changed my life around, I began sharing these learnings with others. I have authored three books, started working as INFS faculty, and I have helped 100s of people not just learn what exercise to do and which diet to follow, but how to do it consistently for a lifetime with a flexible approach. My coaching style, therefore, is focused more on education.
Plain and simple, my focus will be to educate you, help you improve your habits, and in turn, improve your life, physique and health. Even if you don't have much time, and even if you can't go to the gym. Even if you aren't sure how to begin, and even if you have failed in the past. Just put your positive pants on, and let's work together towards a fitter and better you with a different approach now.
Publications: I am the author of the books INFS Health Series for Elderly, INFS Health Series for Adolescent & INFS Heath series for Women. I also contributed a few chapters to the INFS Diploma, Sports Nutrition, Diploma, and Contest-prep coursebook. I was also featured on The Hans, and I have numerous published articles for Fitmag and INFS blogs.
