I'm a beginner in fitness matters. I feel good under the guidance of coach Aditya Kochhar.
We (my brother & I) started Aditya's strength & yoga training program since Jan-2024. Aditya has crafted an excellent program for beginner & intermediate like us. His success comes from being clear in his instructions and exercise steps, as well as his ability to pace us appropriately in our daily, weekday, 45-min online sessions. Also the intensity levels he uses are well alignedl to our needs and conditioning. Overall we are very well motivated by Aditya's training program and eagerly look forward to working out with him each weekday. Thank you Aditya.
