I joined Aditya almost 2 months back. TBH, I haven’t seen a coach who is so grounded and doesn’t make a dramatic shift to your lifestyle. He’s not measuring your progress just on the weight and numbers but also on the other patterns like sleep quality, hunger levels, moods. He understands that life happens, plans slip.. we just need to pick ourselves up and move forward. He explains his failures and slip-ups as well. That is as real as it can get. That tells you that you’re not a failure. It’s ok to fall and get back again. He is not just the coach who takes a weekly follow up and forgets about you. He works on mutual comfort and understanding. He worked with me on mental level to help me deal with my anxiety, he explained the exercise techniques to me on video call to help me build better muscle mind connection. Very basic, no fancy talks/diets.. yet amazing results.. not just in numbers but also in non-tangible factors

I have joined Aditya and FITTR about 2 months ago. I have been very happy with my progress. I had given up hope that with the amount of problems I have weight loss would never happen but with Aditya’s constant encouragement and guidance it seems like it is possible. Looking forward to rest of the journey with him and to a better, fitter and healthier me.

It’s been around 6–7 weeks since I joined Aditya sir as coach, and so far everything has been really good. He’s a nice and friendly coach who makes the process comfortable and easy to follow. The workouts and nutrition guidance are clear and practical, and he’s always approachable if I have any doubts. I’m already feeling more consistent and motivated, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the results in the next 6 months. Excited to continue this journey with him!
