For me fitness is a tricycle which runs on the three main factors which are rest, exercise and diet. If any one factor is not balanced an individual cannot achieve his/her specific goal. Fitness is all about having balance between your mind & body. Many people have a perception about fitness that it is a time limited endeavour which is not true. Fitness should be perceived as a sustainable & long term process. It is highly individualistic. Each and every individual has different genetic potential, age, gender, mental & physical factors. I'm want to help people in experiencing what actually they are capable of doing & how much potential they have.
