I joined fittr for transforming my mind than my body.Honestly i wanted someone who could help me control my mind which races all the times. I chose Abhilash kishore as my coach and on the very first day i told him my problems with eating and asked him to help me to control my mind when it comes to eating mixture. to control that thought itself. He listened and the routine started. He was very particular about quantified diet. I had few deviations in the initial three weeks and i asked him lots of questions and bugged him until i was satisfied with the answers. But he was normal and calm and asked me to follow my routine.With time his calmness and peaceful attitude made me calm and i saw the improvement from the 4th week onwards and after that there was not a day when i complained or asked any questions as the consistency which he brought in me made me loose 8 kgs from 66 to 58 in 12 weeks. I felt lighter, never worried about my weight again and noticed the changes. Now i am happier, confident and fit and healthy from my mind. I always wanted to bring that positive health to my mind and now more than my body my mind is healthy. Sometimes i deviate from my plan but again i bounce back to normal routine, thats how he guided me and made me. I give the entire credit to Abhilash. Thankyou Abhi from bottom of my heart for making me a fit person both by body and mind and bringing the changes in me which i wanted. May God bless you in serving mankind.

It was an excellent experience with Abhilash. He was very patient throughout the process. His knowledge is very good in terms of calories and all. I was able to loose 5.5 kgs under him. Very good coach for anyone who is serious for his fitness😊

Abhilash Sir taught me the ways that how can someone easily follow a diet with foods they like to eat on daily basis. He is an excellent coach with whom I lost almost 8+ kgs of weight but most importantly I gained confidence in my self that I can do it. Thanks Abhilash Sir.
