I enrolled under Coach Abhijit for SNC and PT. The past one month has been really really helpful for me in all aspects. My strength and my spirit has improved a lot . Each class is charted based on my condition. i have Diastisis Recti and my workouts are carefully done based on that. My coach is always on time and is very supportive and always corrects my form and inspires me to do more! My tummy has reduced 3.5 inches in just one month !! 💃 My stamina and my confidence in my workouts are also growing 😊😊 Thankyou sooo much to my coach for enrolling me.

After becoming a new dad, I completely let my fitness slide and ended up with low energy, lost strength, and constant fatigue. I used to work out regularly, but life took over and I struggled to get back into it. Training with Abhijeet changed that. In just ~1.5 months, I feel stronger, more energetic, and noticeably more fit. My core strength is back, and I can finally keep up with my baby and my dog without feeling drained. Abhijeet is patient, super attentive, and really understands physical limitations—he pushes you just the right amount while keeping everything safe and sustainable. His guidance and consistency have made all the difference. Still a long journey ahead, but I’m genuinely excited to keep going with him. Highly recommend!

Hi Abhijit, I wanted to share some feedback on the workouts so far. Overall, the program has been good and I can already see some improvement in my strength and endurance. The structured sessions and guidance have helped me stay consistent, which I really appreciate. That said, I also feel there is still a long way to go in terms of overall fitness and conditioning, and I’m motivated to keep improving step by step.
