Grateful to be on this yoga journey with Anchal. Over the last 2–3 months, she has been incredibly patient, kind, and consistent — especially with someone like me who sits and works for long hours and has struggled with posture, stiffness, and alignment. One of the things I deeply appreciate is how mindful she is about the person, not just the practice. Our Monday mornings often begin with Trataka, it has honestly become one of the calmest and most meaningful ways to begin a Monday. And then there are the small wins that quietly remind you that healing and progress are happening. When I first started doing Surya Namaskar, my left knee would not properly align forward near my chin. Today, that movement has started happening far more naturally — entirely because of her persistence, attention, and steady encouragement over these months. What makes her special is that she genuinely understands what a person can and cannot do. She adapts, observes, encourages, and helps you improve at your own pace without making the practice intimidating. Would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, compassionate, and deeply aware yoga instructor. 🌼
I have been taking 1:1 yoga lessons with Anchal for 1.5 months and it’s been great. She is very professional, well planned and always on time which is helping me staying consistent and building a habit. She pays attention and corrects postures which is often a challenge in online training. She tries different forms of yoga which makes the sessions engaging.
