I've been working with Aalia for the past 6 months, and she has been an absolutely amazing coach. I came in with several health and fitness challenges, and she helped me break down each issue step by step. She really took the time to understand what I was dealing with and guided me in the right direction. I knew from the beginning that this wouldn’t be an overnight fix, but Aalia has helped me make steady progress by addressing each area carefully and thoughtfully. I trained with Aalia online for about 6 months, and she was a total game-changer for me. I was someone who had previously found fitness environments quite intimidating, so sessions via calls was the perfect solution. Aalia provided tailored workout and diet plans that were perfectly personalized to my goals, and I progressively gained strength and confidence in what I could do. Even though our sessions were virtual, Aalia always ensured there was a very relaxed and inclusive atmosphere. She even set up a WhatsApp group for her clients to continue training together and motivate each other when we couldn't be together in person.
