Soya flour 40 gms
besan 40 gms
carrot grated 100 gms
spices - cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste
coriander - chopped
ghee 5 gms for greasing pan
Mix Soya flour, besan, grated carrot, chopped coriander and all spices together in bowl
add water and mix well to get dosa batter like consistency
heat a pan and grease it with ghee lightly
spread the batter onto the pan evenly to form cheela add light ghee to sides
cover and cook for - minutes and then flip and cook from other side too.
serve hot with curd. enjoy healthy food. remember to use ghee available. makes - cheelas depending on size.
