pinch of baking soda n salt
green chilli
firstly grind dry soya n mix with besan n add pinch of salt n baking soda
then add to water n stirring it
then stim into microwave or oven like dhokla then it is ready
after it steam then add a tadka og mustard seeds in oil only g n make it water n put into it
garnish with coriander n green chilli then put into refrigerator
when it becomes cool then enjoy delicious high protein homemade dhokla
