30gm soya chunk flour
30 gm wheat flour
salt plus other dry spices of your choice
green chilly plus green coriander
boiled cauliflower 50 gm
fresh methi leaves 50gm
1 small onion
take big bowl put both the flours into it
add salt and all other dry spices
add vegetables including chilly and coriander
add water as per need to make a soft dough
take a non stick pan and make a round shape paratha
cook from both sides till how crispy you want to make it.
