Onions(per macros) small onions taste better. I took 25 gms
dried red chillies (depends on how spicy one wants) i took 5 no.s
Yardlong beans cut to medium sizes( per macros)- 150 gms
Oil - per macros- 10gms
Cut yardlong beans to medium sizes. Take a pan and add some water( very little) and cook beans with some salt. . it won't take more than to mins for cooking. keep aside. . In the same pan, add oil. in a mixer just churn onions and dried red chillies. . saute well till raw smell of onions go. add salt if needed and add the yardlong beans to it. cook for min. . serve with either chappatis or steamed rice
