- › 250gms poha 150gms peanuts 100gms almonds jaggery in required quantity as per taste. 50gms pumpkin seeds 10ml ghee or 50ml milk 5scoops whey protein
1. step1: Dry roast poha till it becomes hard step2: Dry roast cocanut powder till it's red in color. step3: Now take a mixing jar add roasted poha , coconut and jaggery as required for taste. step4:dry roast peanut and almonds and mash them in to small pieces step5: Take a bowl add 3-5scoops whey and all other item mentioned above , add pumpkin seeds ,sesame seeds for better taste . step6: mix then add ghee or milk to your palms and make round ladoos. step7: enjoy protein rich ladoos.
