Ingredients for Whey Oats
- › Oats 40g
- › Banana 60g
- › Whey Protein 40g
- › Walnut 10g
- › Almond 10g
Method
1. In a pan start to dry roast oats and meanwhile cut small pieces of banana
2. Once oats are roasted add water and banana
3. Boil oats and bring them to a consistency of your liking
4. Take it off the heat , wait for 2-3 mins
5. Add whey and cinnamon powder and give it a good mix
6. Top it with some dryfruits and eat it hot or cold as per your liking
