Wheat flour 3/4 cup or 85grams
Stevia 1 + 1/2 cups
Baking powder 1 tsp
Eggs 3
Yogurt 1
Melted butter 20 grams
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Water (optional)
Strawberries 4
Greek yogurt/ hung yogurt 1/2 cup
Take a bowl and beat the eggs until it forms foam
Add stevia,butter, cup yogurt,vanilla essence and beat thoroughly
Now add the dry ingredients wheat flour,baking powder and mix them well until it forms a little thicker than pouring consistency (if needed add some water to get the right consistency)
Now take a baking pan (I parchment paper instead of using butter to reduce calories) make it ready in your own way and pour the batter in to it
Mean while pre heat the oven at degrees foreign heat
Now put the cake battered baking tray in the oven and bake for to minutes at degrees (this might change according to oven)
Best thing to is check the cake for every to minutes use a fork π΄ or knife πͺ or a toothpick to see the cake cooked or not

Now for the topping take a bowl add / cup of hung yogurt or Greek yogurt and add a pinch of salt and / cup of stevia and beat it well until it becomes soft and smooth
