Stir fry vegetables with / teaspoon Oil, add salt and black pepper as per taste Prepare the Paprika Sauce: Add the following in a hot Pan: / tablespoon of Margarine / tablespoons of wheat floor cup of partly skimmed milk Stir the mixture well so that no lumps are formed Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes and paprika powder as per taste. Add water to adjust the consistency. Now add the sautéed veggies and mix gently and give it a boil. Now serve hot with Brown Rice.
