Ingredients for Vegetable Toastie
- › multigrain hot dog bread/ bun bread -50g
- › cheese slice-2
- › tomato-1
- › capsicum
- › mushroom
- › olives
- › jalapenos
- › garlic-2 cloves
- › total veggies( without onion) were 50g all finely chopped
- › onion-1/4th
- › oil-4ml
1. boil tomato and make tomato puree
2. in a pan take 4ml oil and heat it
3. add jeera, mori, onion, garlic, cook till transparent
4. add capsicum and cook well.
5. add tomato puree, boiled mushroom, olives, jalapenos, salt and red mirchi to taste.
6. toast both sides of the bread which is sliced into half on a pan without using any oil/butter. once toasted, add a slice of cheese on each bread slice. top with the Vegetable puree
