Ingredients for Vegetable Clear Soup
- › Olive oil - 5ml
- › Green Peas - 30gm
- › Carrot - 30 gm
- › Corn - 20 gm
- › Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 table spoon
- › Water - 2 cups
- › Salt and Black Pepper
Method
1. 1. Heat Olive oil in a deep non stick pan
2. 2. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and saute for a few seconds
3. 3. Add all veggies and saute for 3 mins
4. 4. Add boiling water and Salt and Black Pepper according to taste. Keep cooking while starring for 5 mins
5. 5. Serve piping hot with Coriander garnishing
