- › 5gms oil
- › 4-5 Curry leaves
- › peas
- › carrot (red)
- › onion
- › tomatoe
- › methi leaves
- › Rai seeds
- › idlis
- › green chillies
- › salt
- › turmeric
Method
1. put Curry leaves and Rai in oil
2. Add chopped vegetable
3. Put sal turmeric and chilli to tase
4. Mix crushed idlis
5. Grate cheese to garnish
