Ingredients for veg shami kabab #fittrmasterchef
- › chana daal 70gm
- › cabbage 70gm
- › oil 5gm
- › onion 1 small
- › garlic 4-5cloves
- › coriander leaves
- › ginger 1inch
- › salt acc to taste
- › black salt 1/4tsp
- › garam masala 1/2tsp
- › amchoor powder 1/2tsp
Method
1. wash n soak chana daal for 15min. boil daal in half cup water with salt for 10min. steam finely chopped cabbage .remove excess water if any let it cool .grind daal in mixer or mash it properly. add cabbage n finely chop ginger, garlic, onion n coriander n all in daal mixture.add black salt,garam masala n amchoor powder n mix well. make small tikki shape cutlet n fry with oil in a non stick pan till it become golden n crispy . serve with lemon n mint chutney n onion
2. u can add any vegetable of ur choice.
