Ingredients for veg pizza
- › wheat flour-50gm
- › onion-30gm
- › capsicum-30gm
- › cabbage-20gm
- › tomato-40gm
- › garlic-5gm
- › mozzarella cheese-20gm
- › spices-salt,red chilly,black papper,dry mint leaves
- › ghee-3gm
- › baking soda and baking powder-1 pinch both
- › stevia-1-2
1. mix together of wheat flour,salt,1 pinch of baking powder and soda to make a smooth dough
2. make a chapati and take a tava put one plate of same shape in it.add this chapati on it and cover it with other plate
3. take a non stick pan add ghee in it and saute all veggies for 5 mints add spices in it
4. To make a sauce boil tomato add garlic and stevia in it and salt and blend it to make a fine paste (add food colour optional)
5. now take a plate put semi cook base add sauce in it and all green veggies.
6. now add all spices and at last garnish with mozzarella cheese.
7. now put this garnish plate on tava cover with other plate.
8. after 8-10 mints grilled based pizza is ready to serve.
