Paneer - 50 gm
Oil/Butter - 10 ml
Crush the paneer into small pieces, then sauté paneer and soya granules with ml oil/butter. Add spices and salt according to your preference. Cook them properly, and then let the mixture cool down. Then knead the wheat flour and make a dough. Roll into small poori size pieces and fill them will the prepared mixture, and fold in the shape of momos.
