Ingredients for Veg Lebanese Wrap
- › Pita bread-1
- › Hummus-25 grams
- › Veggies-200 grams
- › Oil-5 grams
Method
1. Cut veggies of your choice and soak them in vinegar and salt.
2. Boil the potato and cut them into long slices.
3. Marinade the brinjal and fry.
4. Spread the hummus on the pita.
5. Assemble all the veggies and enjoy
6. You could add your choice of protein if you'd like.
