Ingredients

Egg

Ching’s Hakka noodles 150gms uncooked

Carrots

Onion

Capsicum

Vinegar

Salt

Pepper

Cooking oil

Method

Step 1

Boil the noodles as per instructions on the pack. Add cold water to stop the cooking and strain the same. In a deep wok, add ml cooking oil, add in the veggies and stir fry for mins. Add in some salt and pepper to taste and one spoon vinegar. Add in the cooked noodles. Hakka noodles ready to be served. Use ml cooking oil and fry the egg as desired. Serve hot with the noodles. Enjoy.
