Ingredients for Veg. Au Gratin
- › cheese 75g
- › wheat flour 5g
- › milk 50ml
- › butter 5g
- › vegetables- mixed (boiled/ sauted)
- › herbs/ seasoning- oregano, basil, thyme, chilli flakes, garlic
Method
1. saute / boil Vegetables of your choice I added cauliflower, beans, carrot, peas, corn - boiled; onion and capsicum sauted in a pan add 5g butter add finely chopped garlic add 5g wheat flour and saute add 50ml milk and stir to avoid lumps add 75g of grated cheese, let it melt add all the herbs and seasoning. add the cooked vegetables and mix well adjust salt as per taste serve hot!
