Dal 40gm

Ghee 15gm

Method

Step 1

Make a dough with atta.

Step 2

Make a tofu for stuffing and add salts, masalas.

Step 3

Fill the tofu into the dough ball and make paratha.

Step 4

Apply ghee on paratha and let it cooked.

Step 5

Boil dal.

Step 6

Make a tadka for it.

Step 7

Add tadka to the dal.

Step 8

Serve Paratha with dal.
