Ingredients for Tilkut ladoo
- › sesame seeds - 180 gms
- › khoa-300 gms
- › zero cal sugar
- › oil - 5gms
- › Cardamom powder- 3gms
1. 1.Pan fry sesame seeds to brown. Grind half of them in powder form
2. 2. Heat khoa till it becomes mushy.
3. 3. Add sesame seeds to hot khoa, sugar substitute and some elachi powder.
4. 4 Use the oil to roll the mixture down as ladoos
