Tilapia fish - 125 gram Coconut oil. - 5 gram
Step: Once oil get heated in medium flame, add required mustard seed to sputter , urad dal to turn light brown.Now add half handful of onion and curry leaves. Step : In the mixie add required green chilli Ginger&garlic to get coarse ground paste. Add the paste to the onion and add tilapia, salt, ground pepper, turmeric powder. Step : Just cook until tilapia get cooked in medium flame. Tilapia puttu (podimas)ready .
